Praise Team

The praise team plays a vital role in the worship and music ministry at Las Cruces First. The ministry of the praise team is to help lead the congregation in worship by helping the worship leader connect with the congregation by both singing and stage presence.

The praise team is in their place of ministry in each of our worship services singing in microphones so that vocal harmonies can be heard well.

In order for someone to be on the praise team, they must first be a part of the choir. The praise team is always open to join, but is by audition only. The praise team is also evaluated by the worship leader periodically.

The praise team rehearses with the choir on Wednesday evenings and also on Thursday evenings with the praise band beginning at 6:30 p.m.
